Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the Service Agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
Project timelines provided are estimates based on the agreed scope of work. Delays caused by client-side factors (late feedback, content provision, scope changes) may extend the timeline accordingly. We will communicate any anticipated delays promptly and work collaboratively to minimize impact.
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the Service Agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges and timeline adjustments, which will be communicated and approved before implementation.
We warrant that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. We provide a limited warranty period for bug fixes related to our development work as specified in the Service Agreement.
Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BHNS Techno Solutions Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of engagement. We are willing to enter into Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request before project commencement.
Either party may terminate a service engagement as specified in the Service Agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. We will deliver all completed work and project materials upon receipt of final payment.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
